I am working on a project for The Eclectic Artists Team I am a member of. It's a group on Etsy.com that I recently joined and they are having a Valentine themed contest and I am having a bit of an issue coming up with my own interpretation of "love". In fact, I am in love. I just don't know how to put that same love into an art form. I started a felt/embroidery project that has morphed into an anatomical heart (cliche, I know) that, in a way, represents the fact that our love is a very "real life" kind of relationship. We are a very normal couple and I like it that way. Not dramatic or crazy. However, it was a quickfire start and we have plenty of heat! Anywho...my inspiration for the rest of my project has been Dia De Los Muertos and Mexico in general.

Music To Craft To
spent a good part of my day searching for new music for my crafting sessions. I was pretty successful finding new stuff, but I also dug up some gems that I had in my library but forgot about. It's like when you clean out your closets or car and find all these things you forgot you had...like Christmas for my ears!

One Is The Loneliest Number...
So what does one write in their first blog entry? Should it be a one sided conversation or more like a personal summery?
Forget all that, I am going to introduce myself via multimedia. Maybe later today I'll actually post something substantial.
